In May 2015, Digital Charity Lab surveyed 15 charities at one of our workshops to find out about their use of digital, and take a snapshot of where we are. Are charities in Ireland using the full range of digital platforms that are available, such as email, social media, sms and websites? Are they using landing pages, and split testing different versions of web pages and emails?
A short two page report of the findings from that survey is now available. This report evaluates the average ‘digital maturity’ of the various organisations, and identifies some common problem areas. The report also includes some easy-to-implement advice on tackling some of the most common difficulties that charities are experiencing with digital.
